online direct to the general public. Please note that many items are available on a special order basis only and usually ship in approx. 14 days from the date of your order. Expedited shipping days should be calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of the original order.

| 2. Find the item you wish to buy. |
| 3. Select the appropriate color and size from the Place Your Order box. |
| 4. Click the Add to Cart button. |
| 5. Create your New Account or Login if you are a returning customer. |
| 6. Confirm that your Shopping Cart is correct and click Check Out. |
